Agree that antimicrobial stewardship involves many players beyond medical field. Even agriculture needs to be involved, as fungicides contribute to antibiotics overuse.

Agree! Patients and caregivers are tired of being glorified proofreaders. We want opportunities where we contribute ideas as early as possible in the project.
Holland Bloorview in Toronto has a group of family advisors just for research, and these parents are definitely involved in formulating questions for funding requests.
